Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and close sales by visiting customers at their locations. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong willingness to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Explain product features and benefits to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
Collect customer feedback and market information

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel locally
Basic knowledge of sales techniques
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
