Field Sales Executive

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the single point of contact for property owners and tenants.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication between owners and tenants.

• Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by either party.

• Ensure a smooth move-in and move-out experience for tenants.

Property Inspection & Maintenance

• Supervise and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

• Ensure regular quarterly property inspections are completed.

• Coordinate with the designated Property Supervisor (PS) for on-ground tasks.

• Provide end-to-end support in property maintenance and upkeep.
