We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive B2C sales within the assigned territory. The role involves direct customer interaction, promoting Excitel services, and consistently achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute door-to-door B2C sales activities within the assigned territory
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
Attend daily gate meetings on time and adhere to company dress code
Conduct brochure distribution and local promotional activities
Build strong product knowledge and stay updated on competitor offerings
Educate potential customers on Excitel plans, pricing, and benefits
Convert leads into successful sales closures
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers
Candidate Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Kannada & English
(Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage)
Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Must own a two-wheeler for field travel
Age: Below 35 years
