Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support by visiting client locations to monitor and maintain digital screens

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of digital signage equipment

  • Handle troubleshooting and emergency support to resolve technical issues quickly

  • Coordinate with clients to understand problems and ensure timely resolution

  • Work closely with internal teams to report and prioritize technical issues

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in field support, technical service, or a similar role

  • Basic technical knowledge of hardware, networking, or electronics (preferred)

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

Mandatory

  • Must own a two-wheeler

  • Valid driving license
