Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting businesses, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit businesses and prospective clients to present and promote company products and services

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking

• Create and maintain a client database for long-term business growth

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events
  

Requirements:

• 3 months – 2 years of experience in sales (preferably field sales, loan sales, or related financial services)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

• Familiarity with local business markets and networking skills

• Willingness to travel for client visits
