Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and follow up regularly.

• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.

• Maintain daily sales reports (SOD/EOD updates).
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve goals.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients in the field.

• Background in Credit Card, Loans, Insurance, Collections, or related sales domains will be an advantage.
