🔧 We're Hiring: Field Sales Engineer Trainee
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Office: Thaltej)
🕒 Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
💼 Job Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

📈 Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (OEM industry preferred)
Are you passionate about engineering and have a flair for sales? We're looking for a Field Sales Engineer Trainee to join our growing team! This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to drive business growth and deliver value to our clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored product solutions.
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations.
- Provide technical consultation and after-sales support.
- Track sales KPIs and market trends, and submit regular progress reports.

🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / DME
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales, preferably in OEM industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client interactions
- Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
