We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives who can manage on-ground marketing and client acquisition across multiple cities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and direct sales activities to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Visit retail outlets, hospitals, clinics, or dealers (as per business type) to promote products/services.
Execute marketing activities, promotions, and brand visibility drives in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for on-ground execution.
Provide regular field reports and feedback for business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
1–2 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred (FMCG, healthcare, solar, or consumer goods industry is a plus).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be open to travel across multiple cities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
