We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Smb Automation Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet corporate clients, builders, architects, consultants, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, and industrial customers.
Present and demonstrate SMB Automation's products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM regularly.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements :

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
