We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Smartson Enterprises. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations,etc.
Visit potential customers, offices, factories, wholesalers, and other businesses to generate sales.
Promote company products, including barcode labels, stickers, TTO ribbons, and related printing consumables.
Identify new customers and generate business leads through field visits and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
