We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, explaining project details, and closing property sales. This role involves active fieldwork, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Visit potential clients and project sites to promote and sell residential/commercial properties.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed project presentations.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
Coordinate with telecallers, marketing teams, and management for lead support and closures.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
