Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives who will promote and enroll students for our online courses by visiting local areas, colleges, hostels, coaching centers, and households.

This is a B2C field role with fixed salary + commission, designed for people who enjoy meeting new people and helping them choose the right career skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit leads shared by the marketing/telecalling team — home visits, community visits

• Generate new leads in colleges, hostels, coaching centers & public areas

• Explain course benefits (HR, Excel, Canva, AI, Meta Marketing, Job Skills, etc.)

• Convert prospects to paid enrollments and collect payments (UPI/QR)

• Distribute pamphlets, put posters in allowed places to increase visibility

• Maintain daily sales records (Google Sheet / WhatsApp reporting)

• Achieve monthly admission targets (realistic & guided)

• Build trust and strong relationships in the local community

• Attend weekly office meetings/training sessions

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
