We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, and promoting company products or services to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers regularly to promote products and generate sales.Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to clients.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events as required.Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
