Field Sales Executive

As an Individual Fundraising Representative (IFR), you will be the face of the organization, engaging with members of the public in high-traffic locations such as malls, corporate parks, and residential areas. Your main goal is to inspire individuals to support our mission through regular financial contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage members of the public in face-to-face conversations about the organization’s work and impact.

• Clearly communicate the mission, values, and programs of the organization to potential donors.

• Inspire individuals to become regular supporters through monthly giving programs.

• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets and performance goals.

• Maintain accurate records of donor information and pledges.

• Represent the organization professionally at all times, ensuring ethical fundraising practices.

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and feedback discussions to improve performance and understanding of campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.

• Passion for social causes and the organization’s mission.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English and local languages preferred.

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
