Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on bringing new clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through field visits, cold calling, and direct meetings

• Explain company services and close deals

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Achieve monthly client acquisition targets

• Maintain basic records of client details and follow-ups

• Share feedback and market insights with the team

Commission Structure

• ₹1,000 per successful client

• No salary cap – earn more by closing more clients

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile, WhatsApp, and calling

• Willingness to work in the field and meet clients
