Field Sales Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
