Field Sales Executive

Shree Balaji Masala is hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our FMCG products in the market.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and other potential business customers, introducing Shree Balaji Masala products, generating new leads, taking orders, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned markets and meet potential customers

• Generate new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and B2B clients

• Promote Shree Balaji Masala products

• Take orders and follow up with customers

• Develop new sales areas and increase market presence

• Maintain daily sales and visit reports

• Build long-term relationships with customers

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

• ₹250 per day field/travel expense

• Performance-based growth opportunities

• Incentives may be provided based on sales performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Candidates with FMCG, spices, food products, retail, or distributor sales experience will be preferred

• Smartphone required

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
