Field Sales Executive – Laminates
Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, distributors, carpenters, and interior designers to promote laminate products
Generate new leads and develop new customers in the assigned area
Maintain relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat orders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market information and competitor details
Coordinate with the office for orders, payments, and deliveries
Ensure proper product display and branding at dealer locations
Requirements:
Any graduate / 12th pass (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (laminates, plywood, hardware, or building materials preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
