We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team SHINEEDTECH PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months experience

• Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively
