Field Sales Executive – ShinePoints Reward Points Software

We are hiring energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints – a Reward Points Software for retail store owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit 10–15 retail shops daily (grocery, medical, apparel, electronics, etc.)

Pitch ShinePoints software benefits and enroll shops for a free trial

Build strong relationships for repeat business and referrals

Achieve monthly revenue targets and earn attractive incentives

Provide daily updates to the reporting manager via phone or app

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)

Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience are welcome

Good communication skills in the regional language and basic English

Own smartphone and willingness to travel

Salary & Incentives:

12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home) + incentives

Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000/month take-home) + incentives

Transport allowance: ₹100/day

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrollment over target.
