💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to pitch and onboard retail stores to our ShinePoints software. You’ll meet shopkeepers, explain benefits, offer a free 1-month trial, and convert them into annual subscribers.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

-Visit 10–15 retail stores daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

-Pitch ShinePoints software benefits and onboard shops for free trial

-Achieve 50 store tie-ups/month to meet targets and earn incentives

-Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers

-Report daily progress via mobile – no office visits required

📅 Work Details

-Location: Any area in your assigned city

-Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM | Monday to Saturday

-Work Mode: Field work (independent)

-Process: 1-month probation → Full-time employment

📌 Eligibility

-Education: Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)

-Experience: Freshers & candidates with <6 months of experience welcome

Skills: Good communication in regional language + basic English

💰 Salary & Benefits

-12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25k take-home) + Incentives

-Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31k take-home) + Incentives

-Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

-Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment beyond target
