Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd). The role requires candidates who are skilled in building strong customer relationships, visiting retail stores in their city, and effectively pitching our ShinePoints Reward Points Software.

You will be responsible for onboarding new shops, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while working independently in the field. Freshers and early-career professionals with good communication skills in the local language and basic English are welcome to apply.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000–₹31,000 per month + incentives, transport allowance, and excellent prospects for career growth in sales and marketing.
