Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward

Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store

owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for

st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free oƯer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

脥? Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

脥? Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

脥? Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

脥? Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

脥? Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

굗굙굘Location: Any area in your assigned city

誢誣誤誥誦誧Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the oƯice daily

???????Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM

괜괝괞괟괠괡괢괧괣괤괥괦Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

곈곉12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives

곈곉Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
