ShinePoints is an innovative Reward Points Software that helps retail shop owners increase customer loyalty and repeat sales. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Field Sales Executives to join us.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit 10–15 retail shops (grocery, fashion, medical, electronics, etc.) in your assigned area daily.

2. Pitch ShinePoints software, explain benefits, and offer a free 1-month trial.

3. Onboard shopkeepers instantly using your mobile/tablet.

4. Revisit after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to the ₹999/year subscription.

5. Achieve monthly targets (50 store tie-ups) and earn extra incentives for overachievement.

6. Submit daily reports via mobile — no daily office attendance required.

• Eligibility:

1. Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

2. Freshers welcome — training will be provided.

3. Good communication skills in regional language + basic English.

• Salary & Benefits:

1. 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home + incentives.

2. Graduate: ₹31,000/month take-home + incentives.

3. Transport allowance ₹100/day.

Incentives ₹250 per store above target.
