🛍 About the Role

We are hiring energetic, self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints – our Reward Points Software to retail shops in your city.
You will meet shop owners, explain the benefits, offer a free 1-month trial, and convert them into paying customers.

📌 Your Key Responsibilities

• Meet 10–15 retail store owners daily (grocery, fashion, medical, electronics, etc.).

• Explain ShinePoints benefits and onboard them to a free trial in just 2–3 minutes.

• Revisit shops after the trial period to convert them into annual subscribers (₹999/year).

• Maintain strong relationships for long-term partnerships.

• Update your daily sales report via mobile – no office visit needed.

✅ Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication in local language + basic English

• Persuasive selling skills and confidence to meet new people daily

• Self-motivated and comfortable with field work

• Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills

⏰ Work Details

• Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM | Days: Monday–Saturday

• Work Mode: Field Work (in your assigned city area)

• Probation: 1 Month (Full-time role after successful completion)
