Field Sales Executive

ShinePoints is hiring energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote our Reward Points Software to local retail shops. You'll help store owners understand the benefits of our software, get them started on a 1-month free trial, and then convert them to a paid subscription.

This is a high-activity, high-reward field sales role with great incentives and career growth opportunities in a fast-growing EdTech company.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Daily:

• 📄 Show the ShinePoints brochure and pitch to grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, and other retail shops

• 🏪 Visit 10–15 shops per day in your area

• 🕒 Spend 5–10 minutes explaining benefits + onboard them to a free trial using your mobile

• 🧑‍💻 Instantly create login for the shopkeeper and activate 1-month free trial

• 🔁 Revisit after 1 month to convert to paid plan (₹999/year)

• 🤝 Ask for referrals from happy clients to grow your leads

• 🎯 Target = 50 shop tie-ups/month (incentives for overachievement)

• 📱 Submit daily updates via mobile — no office visit needed

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• ✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• ✔ Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply

• ✔ Languages: Good communication in regional language + basic English

• ✔ Preferred: Own bike/scooter for local travel

💰 Salary & Incentives:

• 🧑 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home)

• 🎓 Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000/month take-home)

• 🚀 Transport Allowance: ₹100/day for field work

• 🎁 Incentive: ₹250 per store onboarding over and above target (50 shops/month)

  Example: Onboard 60 shops → 10 shops extra → ₹250 × 10 = ₹2,500 incentive

🚦 Hiring Process:

• 1 Month Probation

• Full-time confirmation based on performance

• 📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city
  🏢 Work Mode: 100% Field-based, no daily office reporting
