About the Job:

We are looking for energetic and motivated people to join our team as Field Sales Executives. Your job will be to visit retail shops in your city, explain our ShinePoints Reward Points Software, offer a FREE 1-month trial, and help them subscribe for just ₹999/year.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit 10–15 retail shops daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Show the brochure and explain the benefits in simple words

• Onboard the shop in just 2 minutes using your phone/tablet

• Revisit after 1 month to convert them into paying customers

• Earn incentives for every extra shop above your target!

• 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home + Incentives

• Graduate: ₹31,000/month take-home + Incentives
