Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives. exact incentive structure will be shared during the selection process.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Experience Range: 0 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)

Communication Skills: Basic English + local regional language

Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, convincing power, people-friendly, target driven
