Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:
Join the Apollo-SBI Credit Cards Sales Team! We’re looking for motivated and energetic individuals to drive card sales in key markets through on-ground engagement, lead generation, and operational coordination.

Location: Hyderabad & Chennai– At Apollo Pharmacy
•Employment Type: Full-time | On-field Role | Immediate Joiners Preferred
•Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month

Sales Responsibilities:
•Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to pitch SBI Credit Cards.
•Generate leads via cold calling, footfall engagement, and referrals.
•Follow up on leads and close sales within turnaround timelines.

Operational Responsibilities:
•Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
•Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals & onboarding.
•Ensure all sales activities are compliant with banking and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:
•Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred
•Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card/financial product sales
•Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!

•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•Confidence in direct customer engagement
•Good Persuasive and negotiation capabilities
•Target-driven, self-motivated attitude
•Basic understanding of documentation KYC norms and financial services

Compensation & Benefits:
•Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000/month
•Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month
•Travel & Mobile Allowance (as applicable)
