Field Sales Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition:

  • Visit customers in the field (villages, small towns, etc.).

  • Educate them on available insurance products (life, health, accident, etc.).

  • Identify the right insurance product based on customer profile and need.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Promote insurance plans like PMJJBY, PMSBY, and third-party insurer products (in tie-up with LIC, Bajaj Allianz, etc.).

• Relationship Management:

  • Build trust with existing and potential customers.

  • Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Help customers fill in KYC forms.

  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate as per IRDAI norms.

• Coordination with Post Office Staff:

  • Work closely with Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) and Postmasters for lead generation.

  • Participate in financial literacy and insurance awareness camps.
