Job Title: Field Sales Executive – ShinePoints Software

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your assigned city area.
Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary; overachieve for higher incentives.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Work independently in the field while staying in touch with the manager remotely.
Visit 10–15 stores per day and onboard them into the free trial in just a few minutes.
Revisit stores after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a paid subscription.
Ask for referrals from happy clients to expand your network and close more deals.
Work Mode & Timings:
Location: Field work in your assigned city area (no daily office attendance required)
Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Probation: 1 month, followed by full-time employment
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
Salary & Benefits:
12th Pass: ₹25,000/month (approx. take-home) + incentives
Graduate: ₹31,000/month (approx. take-home) + incentives
Transport Allowance: ₹100/day
Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over target
