🔑 Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of ShinePoints in your city. Your mission:

✅ Pitch and promote ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your area
✅ Achieve 50 store tie-ups/month – exceed targets to earn attractive incentives
✅ Build strong, long-term relationships with local retailers
✅ Provide daily updates and collaborate with your remote manager
✅ Work independently in the field – no daily office visits required!

🕒 Work Details

📍 Location: Anywhere in your assigned city
🏃 Work Mode: 100% Field Work
🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

✅ Who Can Apply?

🎓 Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
👤 Experience: Freshers & candidates with less than 6 months of experience are welcome!
🗣 Languages: Regional language fluency + basic English communication

💰 Salary & Incentives

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500/month take-home) + Performance-based Incentives

• Graduates: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home) + Performance-based Incentives
