Job Description:

We’re hiring energetic and result-driven individuals to promote Shine Post’s products and services to retail businesses. This is a direct, on-field role focused on building relationships and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and local businesses within your city.

• Pitch Shine Post’s product features and benefits effectively.

• Convince retailers to try the software (initially free trial).

• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Report daily activity to the team lead.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be comfortable with on-field work

• Smartphone required; two-wheeler preferred

Salary:

• 12th Pass: ₹19,500 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

• Graduates: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
