Job Overview:

Shine Projects is hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch our flagship product — ShinePoints (a Reward Points Software) to retail stores. This is a field-based role requiring you to meet shop owners, explain the benefits of ShinePoints, and onboard them into a free trial, ultimately aiming to convert them into paid users.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Pitch and promote ShinePoints Software to shopkeepers in your assigned city/area

✅ Achieve a minimum target of 50 store tie-ups per month (higher performance = higher incentives)

✅ Build strong relationships with retail store owners for long-term business

✅ Visit 10–15 stores daily and onboard interested clients into a free trial

✅ Explain software benefits clearly in 5–10 minutes, and complete onboarding in 2 minutes

✅ Create login on mobile/tablet and instantly activate the 1-month free trial

✅ Follow up after 1 month to convert free users to a ₹999/year subscription

✅ Report daily activity using your mobile (no need to visit office)

Work Location & Timings:

📍 Location: Any area within your assigned city

🏢 Work Mode: Fieldwork (No daily office visit required)

🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with <6 months of experience welcome

✔ Language: Good communication skills in regional language & basic English

Salary & Incentives:

💰 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500/month take-home) + Incentives

💰 Graduates: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home) + Incentives

A Day in the Life of a Field Executive:

📍 Visit 10–15 stores daily

🗂 Pitch ShinePoints using the brochure (Grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

⏱ Spend 5–10 minutes explaining, 2 minutes onboarding

📲 Create login instantly using mobile/tablet

🔁 Revisit shop after 1 month to follow up and convert trial to paid

📋 Update reports daily through mobile number, no office visit needed
