About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at Shine Projects. In this role, you will promote ShinePoints – our easy-to-use Reward Points Software — to local retail shops in your area.

You will meet shopkeepers, explain the free 1-month trial, onboard them, and earn extra incentives for every tie-up above your target. This is a full-time field sales job — no daily office visit required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops in your assigned area (grocery, medical, electronics, fashion, etc.)

• Pitch the ShinePoints software benefits to shop owners using a simple brochure

• Onboard stores with a 1-month free trial — simple sign-up using your mobile

• Achieve minimum 50 store tie-ups per month

• Earn ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 extra incentives every month for onboarding more shops

• Build good relationships with retailers and get referrals for faster growth

• Report daily progress through mobile updates — no paperwork, no daily office visit

Work Mode & Timings:

• Location: Work locally in your city/area

• Mode: Field Sales (face-to-face visits)

• Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Salary & Incentives:

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA (Approx. ₹19,500/month take-home)

• Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home)

• Incentives: Earn ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month extra based on performance

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers & candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience welcome

• Smartphone with internet for demos & reporting

• Preferably own two-wheeler for local travel (not mandatory)

• Presentable clothing for meeting shopkeepers
