Job Title: Field Sales Executive – ShinePoints Software

Work Mode: Field-based (No daily office attendance required)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:

Shine Projects is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to promote our flagship ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores. This role involves visiting stores, pitching the product, and onboarding them for a free trial, with the aim of converting them into paying subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch and promote ShinePoints to retail store owners (grocery, fashion, medical, electronics, etc.)

Achieve a minimum target of 50 store tie-ups per month

Onboard shopkeepers by offering a 1-month free trial and assisting with setup

Revisit stores to convert trials to paid subscriptions (₹999/year)

Maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term success

Report daily activity to the manager remotely

Leverage referrals to expand client base and earn additional incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

Experience: Freshers and candidates with <6 months of experience welcome

Languages: Good communication in the regional language and basic English skills

Compensation:

12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 take-home) + Incentives

Graduates: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 take-home) + Incentives
