Job Description

We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to promote our ShinePoints Reward Software. This is a field job where you will visit retail shops, explain the benefits, and onboard them for a free 1‑month trial.

Work Location:

While the system shows Delhi NCR, this role is open in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR. You can choose your city during selection.

Responsibilities:

Visit 10–15 retail shops daily in your city

Pitch ShinePoints Software & onboard shops

Achieve 50 store tie-ups per month (earn incentives on overachievement)

Maintain strong shopkeeper relationships

Submit daily reports via mobile (no daily office visit required)

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Freshers (0–6 months exp.) welcome

Good local language + basic English communication

Work Details:

Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM | Monday–Saturday

Mode: Fieldwork

Salary & Benefits:

12th Pass: ₹19,500/month take-home + Incentives

Graduate: ₹25,000/month take-home + Incentives
