Job Summary:

PNB is looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell insurance products. This role involves direct customer interaction, field visits, and requires excellent communication and persuasive skills. It is ideal for individuals seeking growth in the insurance and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Visit potential clients across assigned territories to promote life and general insurance products.
●     Identify leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
●     Explain insurance plans in a clear and effective manner to meet customers’ needs.
●     Assist clients in completing application forms and collecting necessary documentation.
●     Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and maintain long-term relationships.
●     Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
●     Maintain proper records of sales, follow-ups, and client feedback.
●     Represent PNB professionally in all interactions.

Requirements:

●     Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Above
●     Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

●     Age Limit: Up to 35 years
●     Language Proficiency: Local language + basic English communication
●     Other Requirements:
○     Willingness to travel locally for client visits
○     Strong interpersonal and sales skills
○     Presentable and confident in customer interactions

Salary & Benefits:

●     Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 (Fixed)

●     Work Timings: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday)
