About the Role

ShinePoints is seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch our Reward Points Software to retail stores. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving product adoption through free trials and affordable annual subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your assigned city/area.

• Achieve a revenue target of 2x your monthly salary (higher incentives for overachievement).

• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships for long-term partnerships.

• Submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while staying connected remotely.

Work Mode & Timings

• Location: Any area in your assigned city

• Mode: Field work (no daily office attendance)

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

• Probation: 1 month (Target Based Probation), followed by full-time employment

Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with <6 months of experience welcome

• Languages: Good regional language skills + basic English communication

Compensation

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home) + incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000/month take-home) + incentives

• Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

• Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment above target
