Job Overview:
We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail shops. You’ll meet shop owners, explain the benefits, and help them start a free trial before converting them to a paid plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and pitch ShinePoints to 10–15 retail shops daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Onboard shops to a free 1-month trial and follow up for conversion

• Achieve monthly sales targets for incentives

• Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers

• Share daily progress with your manager (no daily office reporting required)

Work Mode & Timings:

• Location: Field work in your assigned city area (Hyderabad / Chennai / Bengaluru / Delhi)

• Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Saturday

• Mode: Field-based

• Probation: 1 month, then full-time

Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or less than 6 months experience are welcome

• Skills: Good communication in regional language + basic English

Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000 take-home) + Incentives

• Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000 take-home) + Incentives

• ₹100/day transport allowance

• ₹250 per shop enrolment above target

• Incentives for overachieving sales goals
