Job Description

Seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join the ShinePoints team. The role involves:

• Promoting and pitching ShinePoints (reward points software) to retail store owners.

• Forming tie-ups and convincing shopkeepers to try the software, with a free 1-month offer and ₹999/year subscription thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and pitch ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in any city area.

• Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary (higher incentives for overachievement).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field, staying in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings

• Location: Any area in your assigned city.

• Work Mode: Field work (no daily office attendance).

• Timings: 9AM–5PM.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week).

• Process: 1-month probation, then full-time employment.
