Field Sales Executive

The Opportunity:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

• Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

What a Day Looks Like:

• You'll visit 10-15 retail stores daily.

• Spend 5-10 minutes per store explaining ShinePoints and 2 minutes on free trial activation.

• Use your mobile/tablet to instantly create logins.

• Follow up with trial users for conversion.

• Update your daily sales report from the field – no daily office visits required!

Work Mode & Timings:

• Location: Any area in your assigned city.

• Work Mode: Field-based, independent work. No daily office attendance required.

• Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of sales/field experience are encouraged to apply.

• Languages: Good communication skills in the regional language of the assigned city, along with basic English.

Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Performance Incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Performance Incentives

• Retail Outreach: Proactively meet and pitch ShinePoints Software to a diverse range of retail store owners (e.g., grocery, medical, fashion, electronics) within your assigned city/area.

• Software Demonstration: Clearly explain the benefits of ShinePoints, including how it boosts customer loyalty, increases repeat footfall, its ease of use, affordability, and the enticing 1-month free trial.

• Onboarding & Activation: Guide shopkeepers through a quick 2-minute onboarding process, creating their free 1-month trial login instantly via your mobile/tablet.

• Target Achievement: Achieve a monthly target of 50 new store tie-ups, with opportunities for higher incentives for overachievers.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with retailers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals.

• Conversion & Follow-up: Revisit stores after the free trial period to collect feedback and convert them to the annual ₹999 subscription.

• Daily Reporting: Submit daily progress updates to your reporting manager via mobile, working independently in the field.
