Job Overview:

India Post Payments Bank Ltd is seeking energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building customer relationships, identifying prospects, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales through cold calling, face-to-face presentations, and door-to-door outreach.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Identify new business opportunities and devise innovative sales strategies.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide feedback and regular reports to the management team.

• Expand and manage the customer database effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience Range: 0–12+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.

• Good knowledge of various sales techniques (B2C/B2B/door-to-door).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use mobile/CRM applications.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and a driving license.
