Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to drive the adoption of our ShinePoints – Reward Points Software among local retail stores. This is a full-time, on-field sales role where you will meet retail shop owners, explain the benefits of our software, and help them onboard with a free one-month trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet retail shop owners (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.) in your assigned area

• Explain how ShinePoints helps increase customer loyalty and repeat sales

• Onboard stores for the free 1-month trial, using a simple demo on your smartphone

• Achieve a minimum of 50 store sign-ups per month

• Earn performance-based incentives of ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month for exceeding targets

• Maintain good relationships with retailers and encourage referrals

• Submit daily work reports using your mobile device — no daily office reporting required

Work Details

• Work Mode: Field Sales (on-site store visits in your local area)

• Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Reporting: Direct reporting to your assigned manager (remote)

Salary & Incentives

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500/month take-home)

• Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home)

• Incentives: Earn an additional ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month for exceeding targets — no upper limit

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience are welcome

• Strong communication skills in your regional language and basic English

• Willingness to work independently in the field and achieve targets

• Smartphone with internet access (for demo and daily reporting)

• Preferably own a two-wheeler for local travel (not mandatory but preferred)

• Presentable and professional appearance
