Field Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1 st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings: 📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city

🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily
⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Process: 1 Month Probation followed by Full time employment

Eligibility Criteria: ✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English Salary:

💰 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
💰 Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives Transport Allowance ₹100 per day
Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number
