🚀 We’re Hiring – Field Sales Executives (ShinePoints Software) 🚀

ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd) is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our Reward Points Software to retail stores in your city.

📌 Location: Delhi, Hyderabad Chennai and Bengaluru (field work – no daily office visit)
📅 Work Days: Mon–Sat | ⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
💰 Salary:

• 12th Pass – ₹3 LPA (Approx. ₹25k/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate – ₹3.8 LPA (Approx. ₹31k/month take-home) + Incentives

• Transport allowance ₹100/day

• ₹250 incentive per shop enrolment (above target)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Pitch ShinePoints Software to retail stores (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)
✅ Onboard shops for a FREE 1-month trial

✅ Achieve 50 store tie-ups/month (overachieve for extra incentives)
✅ Build long-term retailer relationships
✅ Work independently with daily reporting via mobile

Eligibility:
✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Freshers welcome (0–6 months exp.)
✔ Good communication in regional language & basic English
