We are hiring Field Sales Executives at Shine Projects to promote ShinePoints – a reward points software – to local retail stores in Delhi (Aashirwaad Chowk area).

This is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in sales with field exposure and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 10–15 shops daily and pitch ShinePoints software

• Onboard 50 shops/month for a free 1-month trial

• Collect feedback and convert to paid plan (₹999/year)

• Ask for referrals and grow your client base

• Report daily updates using your mobile

Requirements:

• 12th Pass minimum (Graduates preferred)

• Basic English + regional language

• Smartphone with internet

• Good communication skills

• Freshers welcome!

💼 Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 + Monthly Incentives (Total up to ₹25,000 possible)
