Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join the ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching the ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free for the first month, explaining the benefits. After the free offer ends, the cost is ₹999 per annum. The role involves meeting and pitching the software to retail store owners , achieving a revenue target of twice your monthly salary , and building good relationships with retailers. You will work independently in the field and report daily progress to a manager remotely. The role requires visiting 10-15 stores per day. You will spend 5-10 minutes explaining benefits and 2 minutes onboarding them for the free trial. After one month, you will revisit the shops to convert them to an annual subscription.
