Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at SHINE PROJECTS . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shine points- Reward points software to retail stores and forming tie- ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits

( free for 1st month and Rs.999/- per annum after free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the Shine points Software to retail store owners in your city ( any area) .
• Achieve the target of 50 store tie- ups performance month. over achieve for higher incentive.
• Build and Maintain good relationships with retailers for long term partnership.
• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager .
• work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work mode and Timing:

Location: Bangalore

Work mode : Field work, no need to come to the office daily

Timings: 9AM- 5PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 6 days/ week )

Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Minimum 12th Pass ( Graduate preferred) .

Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply.

Language: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English.

Salary :

12th Pass : ₹ 2.5 LPA CTC ( approx. ₹ 19500 per month take- home ) + incentives.

Graduate: ₹ 3.2 LPA CTC ( approx. ₹ 25000 per month take home ) + incentives.
