Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints – a reward point software for retail shop owners. This is a full-time, field-based role where you will visit local shops, explain the software benefits, and register them for a free 1-month trial.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Visit 10–15 shops per day (kirana, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

Pitch ShinePoints software and convince shopkeepers to try the free trial

Create login for interested clients using mobile/tablet

Send daily updates/reports – no office reporting required

Achieve 50 tie-ups per month target

🔹 Requirements:

12th pass minimum (graduates preferred)

Good communication skills (basic English + local language)

Confident in speaking to strangers/shop owners

Smartphone with internet is mandatory

🔹 Salary:

₹19,500 to ₹25,000/month depending on qualification

Attractive incentives based on performance

🔹 Work Timing:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fully field-based role – no office visit needed
